Need to Know

1. Hiring is only for a full day rate. Payment to be made on arrival. Delivery fee may apply.

 

2. For bookings during the week, setup time is the day prior your event, after 4pm.

(A Wednesday party will have the products dropped off Tuesday after 4pm.)

3. For bookings on the weekend, setup time is between 7am-9am on the day of function.

​

4. Pack up times are 5pm unless agreed otherwise.

​

5. No supervisors are available for hire. So please ensure there is a competent supervising person, present during your event.

​

6. A conditions of hire page needs to be signed by the over 16-year-old competent person, who will be responsible for the users safety on any inflatables,

​

7. Booking confirmations will be sent via text message within 24hours of booking. Any changes will be updated via text message.

​

8. Check the adverse weather section on our website. If weather conditions are not met at the drop off time via www.bom.gov.au/nsw/forecasts/liverpool.shtml we may have to completely re-schedule or return the deposit for any inflatables ordered.

9. All payments are taken after the conditions of hire is signed and before the products are dropped off.

​

10. Delivery fees are calculated via driving distance from Liverpool. Any distance beyond 50km we are reluctantly unable to deliver. Delivery rates will be added in via the confirmation text message and they are not subject to discounts.


 

0 to 9km = Free | 10km to 19km =$20 | 20km to 29km = $40 | 30km to 40km = $70 | 40km to 50km = $100
